Payment Policy
1)  U.S. orders:   We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.   All charges will appear on
your statement under our corporate name of "Finisterre Corporation".
2)  International orders:   Wire transfer only.
3)  Terms  
a.)  In-stock fixtures (delivery within 3 weeks):   Full payment with order
b.)  Backordered fixtures (delivery greater than 3 weeks):   50% deposit with order (non- refundable for
custom orders);  Balance prior to shipment (applied to credit card used for deposit - unless previously
instructed otherwise).
4 )  Sales Tax:  LargeLighting.com only collects sales tax on orders shipped to or within North Carolina.   We do
not charge sales tax on any orders shipped to other states.

Shipping Policy
1)  FREE SHIPPING in the U.S. (except AK,HI, or international)
2)  Shipments are FULLY INSURED & will arrive by common carrier.  In the rare situation of freight damage,
fixture(s) will be repaired or  replaced  by the manufacturer FREE OF CHARGE.
3)  Delivery
a.)  In-stock items:  Approx 2 weeks (excluding holidays)
b.)  Make-to-order / Custom items:  Varies - please ask you Customer Service Representative for
current  delivery times.
c.)  Please call us if you need a fixture(s) expedited.
4)   Fixture(s) may be disassembled for shipping.
5)   Lightbulbs are not included.
6)   We will e-mail notification/tracking # upon shipment.
7)   For your protection at delivery:
a.)  At delivery, prior to signing off, if there is any obvious damage to the carton(s) that appears to
possibly have damaged the fixture(s) inside - please note it in detail on the sign-off sheet,  reject the
shipment, and notify us immediately.
b.)  If there is no obvious damage to the carton(s), please sign "subject to inspection" and inspect within
24 hours.   Please notify LargeLighting.com
and the freight carrier immediately if there is any freight
damage discovered to the fixture(s) inside the carton(s).  
c.)  For crystal fixture(s) - we do
not expect every crystal to be inspected - just look for damaged
frames and crushed components.  If some crystals are found to be chipped during installation - those can
be easily replaced free of charge.

Return Policy
1)   In order to keep our prices among the lowest on the Internet and due to the unusually large size of our
products - we ship most orders directly to you from our 20+ manufacturers.   Because of this - we must abide
by their return policies.
2)   Returns or Exchanges (
except for custom fixtures) will incur a 25% manufacturer’s re-stocking fee plus freight
back to the manufacturer.  Before fixture(s) can be returned, an authorization number must be requested from
LargeLighting.com.  The fixture(s) must be shipped in the original packaging and in original condition and
absolutely no return requests are allowed 5 days after receipt
or after installation.
3)   Custom fixtures:   After customer signs-off on Custom Approval Drawing - all sales become final (no
cancellations, changes, refunds, or returns).

Warranty Policy
1)  Since 1996, we only sell the highest quality fixtures from the finest manufacturers in the world.  As such,
all fixtures are covered by their manufacturers warranty.  Since warranties vary by manufacturer - please
contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-650-1480 for any specific product warranty questions.
2)  In the extremely rare situation you find the fixture to be defective (not caused by freight damage), please
contact LargeLighting.com at 1-800-650-1480 for immediate resolution.
3)  If the product arrives damaged - refer to the "Shipping Policy" section above.
